This applies to Kairomi Pro for WordPress bought on kairomi-pro.mokita.studio. It is part of the Terms of sale and licence.
Free trial. The first 30 days of your first subscription cost nothing. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing and there is nothing to refund.
First charge. If Kairomi Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first charge. We refund the full amount and do not ask why.
Forgotten renewal. If your subscription renewed and you meant to cancel it, ask for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge. We refund the whole renewal.
Unfixed defects. If you report a plugin defect that stops you from using it and we cannot fix it within 30 days of your report, we refund the part of the paid period you could not use.
In all other cases the period already paid is not refunded: cancelling stops future renewals and the subscription stays active until the end of the period.
If you are a consumer you also have the right of withdrawal in section 10 of the Terms.
Who makes the refund
The sale goes through Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record of the order: on your bank statement the charge shows as LINK.COM*. Link makes the refund. Link also applies its own refund policy: where the two rules differ, the one more favourable to you applies.
How to ask
Write to info@mokita.studio from the email you bought with, and include your licence key if you have it: we reply within 2 working days. Or ask Link directly at support.link.com. The refund is issued within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used; your bank may take another 5-10 working days to show it.
After the refund the key is deactivated: the plugin stays on your site with your data and goes back to the unlicensed features.
